Banking jobs are in the rising fields in India. Presently, there are many banks available in every part of India, even in small villages you have seen banks. When the number of banks is increasing then obviously banks jobs are also increasing. In 1978, for making some uniform standards and for defining eligibility criteria for the candidates, BSRBs, Banking Services Recruitment Boards were come into existence. There are about 15 BSRBs for the recruiting procedure. Some banks publicize directly their vacancies with the help of newspaper or by any other method.
A bank is defined as a state establishment that offers financial services to the people. Banks serves the financial system as well as increases the growth of loan for various departments and helps many people in fulfilling their requirements. Many people can start their career in banking field. There are also many financial rewards for financial career opportunities. A bank is basically for issuing money, lending money and for processing dealings and banking is define as to understand the want of consumers. There are several types of banks are there retail banks, investment banks and so on. Retail banks support commercial bank, community bank, community development banks, postal savings banks, offshore banks, private banks, saving banks, building societies and ethical banks. In each type of banks there is need of employers. Every bank has its own procedure of selection. Almost banks have a selection process consists of written test and then interview.
The eligibility criteria is mentioned and then written test is conducted which contains questions of both type, objective & descriptive. This written test is of about duration of two hours. The quantitative part is included for test the knowledge, understanding power, intellectual capability and time management. Descriptive section test or evaluates the compression and expression power of the candidate. The candidates who qualify or clear this written test then call for an interview. The candidates who clear the interview can give a job in the field in which they have sufficient knowledge as front desk, customer service, account opening, demat account, home loan officer, accountant, loan manger etc.

I am B.Com,L.L.B. fresher from Mumbai University & am wanting to know the qualifications to attain a job in the legal department of a bank or any other corporate. Do reply for the same concern as early as possible.
